Whether you're talking to your medical provider, health coach, or Revero support, our staff understands the challenges that you have faced in the past and your desire for a better future.

Each of us is focused on ensuring that you have the right information at the right time, in the right amount, and delivered in the right way. As you get started, let's be sure that you know what everyone on the team is doing so you can take advantage of all that Revero has to offer.

Trained Health Coaches Unlock Your Potential

It's our mission to help you implement your treatment program. Our health coaches work directly with you to provide high-quality remote care. Our enthusiastic and highly motivated coaches answer your questions so you can enjoy improved outcomes.

• You can communicate with them through video chats, phone calls, and chat messages.
• Your health coach helps you implement your individualized nutrition and care plan. 
• They routinely review your progress and biomarkers and report to your Revero provider as needed. 
• Your health coach provides you with motivation and encouragement to stay on track. 
• They help you understand your body and how it responds to your diet. 
• Your coach is also an accountability partner who encourages you when you stumble and offers advice on your next steps. 
• The Revero Method is packaged holistically to address your health.

Our Medical Team Focuses on Treating Metabolic, Autoimmune, or Inflammatory Disease and Improving Health

Our medical team includes licensed providers who work with personalized nutrition therapy and virtual care to address the root causes of these diseases. Our unique model uses a telemedicine platform, which means your team can consult with you when you’re in the comfort of your home or during your lunch at work. 

Our medical team is comfortable working on a virtual platform, so you receive high-quality care from providers whose focus is on helping you experience improvement in your health conditions.

• Revero develops a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique physical challenges. It includes things like your daily protein target. 
• Revero also helps coordinate the Revero team and monitors your progress so they can adjust your treatment plan as necessary. 
• Our providers give you the information and resources you need to understand your health conditions and how to manage them better. 
• Your team advocates for you and helps you access resources for your success. 
• Whether it’s monitoring your biomarkers or making needed changes to your medications, they are there to help you.

Your Revero team does not replace your primary care provider, though. Your healthcare team keeps your primary provider updated about your progress and any medication changes. Your primary provider will still help you with unrelated health problems as needed.

Onboarding Specialist Guides Your Onboarding Process

While your health coach and medical team help you navigate your Revero personalized diet, our Onboarding Specialist helps you with your onboarding process and ensures you have help with your questions. If they can't answer the questions themselves, they know who can.

It can be overwhelming to start a new program. We don’t think it should be. Our onboarding specialist walks you through the steps to understanding the Revero app and setting up your appointment with your medical provider and health coach. We don’t leave anything to chance.

Revero Support

Revero Support is adept at helping you resolve issues quickly and efficiently, which minimizes your frustration. If you have a tech issue, a billing question, or a similar non-health related question, Support is here to provide you with the best service to answer your question or resolve the issue. We know that your success is our success.

Your Revero App

In a way, the Revero app is the centerpiece of the program, because it connects and unifies your whole team and makes them accessible to you. You’ll be entering your biomarkers and observations into the app, and it keeps track of all this data for you and your team. 

Your app helps you see your improvement over time and enables you to learn your new way of eating. New skills can be learned through the app, replacing old harmful habits with new health-building ones. 

When you need to contact your team, or they need to reach out to you, it’s done through the app. The app is a data power tool that helps you succeed with your health goals on Revero! 

Staying Safe

Revero providers do their best to reply to your requests within 24 hours, but this also means that we cannot act as a hospital or emergency care provider for you. If you experience a health emergency, contact your local emergency services via 911. We don’t expect your care to lead to an emergency, but this is important to understand for your safety.
