Going keto-carnivore has brought an astonishing change to my life. Today I enjoy the kind of energy I have not felt for three decades, and the inflammation that once bloated every joint has vanished. Six surgical clean-outs and a major ACL repair left my knee aching nonstop from 1985 onward, yet now it feels pain-free. Eighteen months ago I also received a hip replacement; after the operation and the switch to keto-carnivore I moved from a largely sedentary existence to a summer filled with new feats. He measured my blood pressure, stared at the gauge, and released a rare “Wow,” noting the reading of 120⁄70 when historical charts showed 145⁄85 or 150⁄90. Laboratory work confirmed the dramatic plunge in triglycerides, the rise in HDL, and the fall in LDL; every blood marker improved.

Constant hunger, which previously drove me to graze all day long, has disappeared. I eat when truly hungry and feel satisfied for hours afterward. My progress also holds special meaning because I survived chronic lymphocytic leukemia, diagnosed in 2011.
