My immune system has undergone a remarkable transformation that has virtually eliminated my susceptibility to common illnesses. I used to get colds at least once a month, creating a cycle of constant illness that drained my energy and productivity. Perhaps most significantly from a quality of life perspective, my morning erections were almost nonexistent before keto-carnivore, indicating declining hormonal function and cardiovascular health. I was a complete couch potato before beginning my dietary journey, spending most of my free time sedentary and avoiding physical activity due to low energy and poor health.
